Wireless One (Ohio retailer):: Overcharged me when the bad phone service they sold me forced me to cancel. No signal in rural areas. 15 miles to get phone to work. $525 to cancel + $320 for not-usable phone time.  Wireless One's owner agreed to refund $225 of the $645 overcharge. They also called Cingular to encourage them to refund the rest. [CX: consumer said he is a "happy camper."]
