Consumer's Summary Firm's Summary
USAA: Delayed processing claim, then later said they couldn't pay anything because it had become too late to sue them. The claim processor had told me earlier she didn't need anything else. Back injury, both cars insured by USAA. USAA: No new information was received. The state establishes a statute of limitations within which claims must be brought. We are unable to extend the statute. [CX: Inadequate Response.]
