UPS (United Parcel Service) didn't deliver my computer to me. Said they left it at the door of my previous address. Didn't get required signature. Cost me $3,000. UPS: The consumer should talk to the seller in Japan. [CX: they won't talk.] The shipper will receive any claim money and not the consumer. [CX: Inadequate response.]
