A ConsumerXchange Complaint and Response

About:  United Parcel Service

Fixed?:  Not yet

Consumer's Summary Firm's Summary
UPS (United Parcel Service) failed to deliver the shipment to me, because it fell off their truck. They should pay the shipper to replace and re-ship the items they lost. Infuriating. UPS: Payment was authorized to the shipper in China 3 days ago. It is premature to conclude that the shipper and merchant will not complete the original transaction with the consumer. UPS won't do anything directly with the consumer or merchant.
