Stop & Shop (CT) (Ahold): Their manager humiliated me. Talked down to me, telling me I was doing something wrong by returning salads. Made me feel I was cheating him. I wasn't treated like a loyal consumer. I had never felt this way in any store. Stop & Shop: promptly and effectively assured her that she and everyone else won't be treated that way, provided a senior management contact for any future problems, apologized and refunded her for the returned food. 6 days. [CX: Impressive Response.]
