Mentzel TV and Satellite (www.mentzeltv.com)(OH): I had to hire another person to fix the problem Mentzel TV caused while trying to repair my TV. He wouldn't fix it, apologize or pay my extra expense.  Mentzel TV: While he's sure he didn't cause the problem, he agreed to the consumer's request to write a letter saying he's sorry and will make even greater efforts to prevent any future problems. Also refunded $70. 1 day. [CX: Good response.]
