Laminate Works (David Urbanic) (OH): Didn't finish work he promised would be done a month-and-a-half ago. Missing cabinets, drawers..... Didn't finish installing, put on knobs.... Won't even answer his phone. I have pay someone else $2,250 to finish. David Urbanick: I did all the work he paid for ($4,000 of $6,000 contract.) I got busy.... [CX: Inadequate Response.]
