J.K. Harris (www.jkharris.com)(John K. Harris): Took my money, then forgot about me. They were supposed to negotiate my credit card and bank debt. They didn't do anything. I had to do it myself. J.K. Harris: We charged for negotiating the same $100/month payment that she says she had negotiated herself. Also ordered credit report, had her sign papers, reviewed her information. [CX: Inadequate Response.]
