InternetLumber.com: Sent un-usable flooring. Won't give my $2,400 back. Never sent the size and amount I specifically ordered at extra cost. Took 7 weeks, not promised 4 days. Not connectible, damaged, scratched, warped, broken. Wasted hours on the phone.  InternetLumber: We have no record of complaints. Consumer should have rejected shipment, complained too late, didn't return materials. Materials designed to fit. [CX: Inadequate Response.]
