Ford: I lost an additional 3 weeks use of my truck because they said their Roadside Assistance wouldn't cover towing from a dealer who wouldn't fix it to one who would. (Ford warranty: 2004 F-250 diesel 6.0: blown head gasket, turbo +) Ford: Paid his full loss, even more than he requested. (Ford paid $912 after he requested $675.) [CX: Impressive response.]
