About:  Chicago.com

Fixed?:  YES on 8/21/2006after 2 days.

Consumer's Summary Firm's Summary
Chicago.com switched me to an unethical website which sold me "floor tickets" for a concert, but sent me general admission. Now they say all tickets are general admission and won't refund my $300. This takes advantage of online buyers. Chicago.com: After initially refusing to help, contacted TicketsNow who, after also initially refusing, agreed to refund her money.
