ConsumerXchange shares information about consumer problems to help resolve consumer complaints and help consumers buy wisely. This is a necessary strategy to overcome corporate and government secrecy, as well as the delays, biases and constraints of other media reporting consumer problems.

Everyone who orders a CX Complaint agrees to the CX policy on Information Sharing. Note thatCX will not publish on the Internet consumers' names or addresses unless specifically authorized by them.

When you search CX Complaints and Responses you do not reveal your name or address.CX analyzes and discloses search requests and results solely to help consumers avoid and resolve problems.

Credit card numbers are protected (encrypted while on the Internet, stored on secure servers of Plug & Pay Technologies) and disclosed only to your credit card processor.

Otherwise,CX will not disclose information about our users. Period.

Information you choose to send on the Internet to this web site (except your credit card data) can be read by anyone using easily available software. If you want to prevent this you need to: (1) print your information on paper and mail it; or (2) e-mail the information encrypted, using PGP freeware and the public key for "ConsumerXchange".

No personally identifiable information is automatically collected from visitors. (No cookies.)

Your browser sends our server the number or name of the domain of your computer network or service provider. Our server displays and logs this, with the name of each page requested and the time requested.

That and other information about your visit (none of which identifies you personally) may be used to note the domain names of visitors, analyze traffic patterns and do system maintenance.CX may also monitor specific businesses reacting toCX Complaints and anyone improperly using the server.
