There is no way to express to you how grateful we are for your service.
I am ashamed that I only paid you $43 to get this done for us....it is worth so very much more.
Equifax called Ted yesterday evening with the most gracious appology for everything that we have been through with this ordeal.
They have removed the bankruptcy and another entry that was wrong, they also deleted all of the inquiries related to these erronious entries on the credit report.
We have complained to everyone, including the BBB, and FTC, and have never gotten the response that we did with your company.
Now we can go on with our lives.
You are now in our address book, as I never want to lose your website.
I plan on passing the word about your company and its success.
Hopefully we will never have to come back, but if we ever have another problem, you are the first person we will contact.
Thanks again for a job well done!!!.

Your offer of a store credit is not sufficient.
She wants her money back, without more empty promises and hassle....
I am sending you a letter and publishing your complaint and response on the web....
The only way for OneWayFurniture to look good is to give her back her money...
From: CX Sunday, March 30, 2008 10:27 PMYou do not have my permission to publish my response on the web.
Doing so will lead to legal action.
To: CX March 31, 2008 12:52 PMCX doesn't need your permission...
From: CX 1:26 PMRight, ok!

I'm shocked.
I can't believe you got all my money back from these people. [$3,300]
You are so determined....

I was in complete despair
From 4 months of getting nowhere
With my brand new computer's repair
So seeking help somewhere
I got my first breath of fresh air
Upon finding CX.org waiting there
For people like me who have been treated unfair
And within one week I had a different new computer and $200 to spare. To: ConsumerXchange 8/19/2007
