Limits on CX Information
While CX strives to be a source of unique reliable consumer information, it is not complete. CX cannot include information on all problems encountered by consumers.
Because CX Information is based on Help complaints it processes (sometimes supplemented by published data and CX research), it is limited to those problems and to data provided by consumers and firms. CX Information is also limited by the realities of computers, software and its people, which all inevitably make mistakes. CX tries to screen out data that appears inaccurate, implausible, biased or otherwise inappropriate, but can offer no guarantees.
CX publishes initial complaint data from consumers only after giving the business named in the complaint a fair opportunity to respond. CX will then publish the substance of both the complaint and response.
As a responsible publisher constantly striving to provide the public with true information, CX will publish corrected information promptly should it learn that published statements were untrue. CX readers, like the readers of any news publication, should consider all available information to reach well-informed conclusions.
CX may edit the information presented by consumers and businesses, although it will try to fairly present the claims of each. CX may limit web publication and other services if it encounters technical or financial barriers.CX will determine the method and time period that complaint data is published on the Internet.
To make this work, both CX and each CX user agree to hold each other harmless. Last,CX disclaims any liability to users beyond any money paid.
You'll be impressed,
