Limits on Help
For a bargain price, you get our attention and efforts designed to help but we don't over-promise.
CX does not guarantee how a business will respond to a CX Complaint.
To maintain our high level of service and credibility, ConsumerXchange may decline to provide services to you if requests for services exceed capacity, you do not appear to have a legitimate claim or for any other reason.
CX may limit our help if we think that you are not providing accurate information, are not promptly and helpfully responding, are asserting unreasonable claims, or otherwise seek services CX determines are not appropriate.
CX will determine how and when complaint data is published on the Internet.
CX publishes initial complaint data after giving the business a fair opportunity to respond. CX publishes the substance of both complaint and response.
You and CX agree to hold each other harmless. CX disclaims any liability to you beyond money paid.CX does not give legal advice or otherwise practice law.
If CX does not promptly deliver the described services CX will promptly refund the full amount paid (by the same payment method.)
