Information Sharing

This works because every consumer using CX agrees to share their information to help other consumers.

CX is powerful because businesses can't buy our silence or your silence. The only way they can look good is by publicly fixing your problem.

By ordering a CX Complaint you are agreeing that you won't allow the business to limit your right to tell other consumers about your problem and their response.

You cannot stop CX from publishing your problem and their response on the Web. You cannot sign an agreement that gags you, even if the business pays you to sign. This protects both you and other consumers.

CX has shown repeatedly that businesses are bluffing when they say they won't pay a consumer unless they can gag the consumer and CX. XXXXXXX VULNERABLE

CX publishes on its web site data about complaints and responses, but not consumers' names or addresses unless specifically authorized by the consumer.

CX may also reveal information (including your name and address) that you give CX (or CX receives elsewhere) to firms affected by the complaint and to consumers, consumer advocates, government agencies and the press if CX believes that this might help resolve the claim or help other consumers.
