CX, as required by its founding legal papers, does not do anything that would conflict with interests of consumers generally.

CX does not maximize its profits.

It rejects income whenever the revenue or related activity would – or would appear to – compromise its objectivity or commitment to helping consumers.

(This eliminates most income from businesses, notably from advertising and kick-backs.)

Because consumers – not businesses – pay, consumers can get true consumer advocacy.
