| I cannot thank you enough for your intervention on our behalf regarding the Maytag Neptune from hell. Bray and Scarrf replaced the machines yesterday and gave us a big discount, which more than offsets your modest charge for saving over $2,000. I have been singing your praises at work. What I like best about your approach is how you try to bring out the best in people, and spare the consumer from waiting on endless legal action. It's going to be interesting to follow the Maytag story, as I believe it is eventually going to become major news. But the good thing for my wife and me is that, thanks to CX, we won't have to be dealing with it directly! |

and frustrating that my phone call, my letter and your fax and letter have gone
unanswered while they continue to perpetrate this injustice against an honest
citizen. Thanks for caring and fighting the cause, it does help to know that
someone is listening and willing to help. [CX: This replied to a CX update that
the complaint had been published on CX.org, a pushy follow-up letter sent and
more follow-up scheduled.] [9 days later:] I was offered...basically the amount you and I communicated to Sprint PCS. I would like to thank you for your assistance, since I sincerely believe that without your help I would not have been able to resolve this so quickly and agreeably. |
| He is a dedicated person and works very affectivly to get the person to understand there faults and understanding what they need to do to make you happy and he makes them aware that your not satisfied and what it will take to get you happy and that your not going a way untill they take care of this problem. we do highly recommend CX to any one is un happy with the deal,or automobile,or any other service. A true warriour making them responsable for there actions. |
| Our car is repaired. We are extremely happy with the treatment we received from the General Motors' Detroit headquarters. They kept right on top of this. Hats off! We aren't upset at them. | well it was money well spent...i got home from surgery today and had the assistant to the chairman of bassett call...they are removing all negative comments from my credit reports, all late fees and charges and re-established my account...she said they were never told of any of my letters, but were given my file and found that i had called GE's customer service department no less than 23 times...i guess they liked your message better than mine...thanks again for all your help and believing in me. |
| I think you did a hell of a job. Those people were trembling. They knew they had a very irate customer. The dealer had heard from the car company and the tire company, wanted to do everything to get me out of there. I'm happy with your services, buddy. |

| Receiving a phone call from the retailer three days after your faxes and mail hit, I was most impressed. After the retailer agreed to finally replace the unit, the Washington State Attorney General's office called. They could not understand why I paid for the service and I pointed out I had waited months to hear from them. I think you are a hero and the best representative on consumers' behalf in 30 years!! You made progress no one else was able to. I am so glad I decided to use your service. |
| I do not know if it was your doing or us contacting the Attorney General's office but we had $782 returned to our account. Thank you for your time and I will recommend your service to anyone that has a consumer problem. Just the ability to vent and have someone listen was worth the fee. |
| I got all my money back. I couldn't have done it without consumerxchange.org. They got me my refund (all $2400.00) with-in 48 hours! I had been trying since march and got no-where. So if you are unhappy with your 0 results get a hold of them. It is well worth the $43.00 [+ $200 Success Fee], I'm gonna send him a big fat tip! |

| They dropped my phone bill from $1,700 to $198, I was so happy and relieved to hear it. I really didn't expect that it will take this fast. | i had a gentleman by the name of Tim, that called me from hewlitt packard corporate. he briefly asked a few questions then said he would send me a brand new updated model by next day air. he told me to call if i had any problem at all. lo and behold the next morning at 8:20 there was fed ex. thanks for your help. |
| HSBC called and said they'd pay me the $385 rebate we asked for, plus $100 for my trouble and $43 to cover my cost for ConsumerXchange. |
